BiodivEarth’s New Global Collaboration

BiodivEarth’s New Global Collaboration

We’re thrilled to announce that BiodivEarth is now an official member of the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI)! This partnership connects our hands-on fieldwork and research with IPSI’s global network of over 300 organizations—including governments, NGOs, academic institutions, and private sector partners—unlocking new opportunities for collaboration worldwide.

Through this collaboration, the BiodivEarth Community of Practice will gain access to IPSI’s expertise in applying resilience indicators across socio-ecological production landscapes and seascapes, along with opportunities for on-site projects, co-learning, and joint advocacy.

Together, we aim to strengthen efforts in fostering resilient and effective conservation strategies, blending local stewardship with science-driven approaches and global cooperation.

We look forward to advancing our shared vision for sustainable landscapes, thriving communities, and a richer, more biodiverse planet!
