Menorca 02.2024 – Exploring island opportunities: In February 2024, our team embarked on its inaugural visit to the breathtaking Balearic Islands. This experience proved enlightening for BiodivEarth, underscoring the immense potential of island ecosystems in biodiversity preservation. Specifically, we closely examined management models conducive to enhancing the resilience of island ecosystems, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and initiatives. Monaco Blue Initiative 03.2024 – International commitment: In March 2024, BiodivEarth had the privilege of participating in two significant events held in Monaco: the Monaco Blue Initiative and Monaco Ocean Week

These international gatherings provided an ideal platform for showcasing our projects and engaging in discussions with other stakeholders dedicated to ocean conservation. We seized this opportunity to strengthen our international partnerships and advocate for a collective vision of safeguarding marine ecosystems.

– First steps in Positive Nature: In January 2024, BiodivEarth participated in the prestigious World Economic Forum in Davos. This participation marked our initial foray into the realm of Positive Nature, an emerging concept aimed at aligning economic activity with biodiversity preservation.
